September
It's that time of year again when we launch our call for entires. Time to start getting your films ready the dealine is just a few short months away!
January
Time's up! Closing date for entries is January 23rd 2015 time for us to get to work processing your entries, judging and much much more!
February
While your work is done we are just getting started collating your entries and judging.
Throughout February our juries are busy fighting over which of your films they love best!
Our judging panels are handpicked from film and television professionals, previous winners, young filmamkers and educators.
February & March
In February and March we are busy travelling up and down the country meeting all of the senior filmmakers at the regional heats in Limerick, Cork, Galway and Dublin.
All senior films of screenable quality will be shown at the heats and we'll announce who's through to the finals.
March/April
Festival Time!
It's our favourite time of the year when we get to recognise all of your hard work.
Over two days in Limerick we screen all of the films that have made the finals in the junior and senior categories and we announce who is Ireland's Young Filmaker of the Year!
Summer
The festival may be over but we are still here advocating for you and your films.
We spend the summer sending your films our to youth film fetsivals all over the world.
Autumn
In th Autumn we are back on the road again showcasing your work around the country in the hopes of inspiring more young filmmakers to take the plunge!
We also run our Hot House projects bringing together young filmmakers for workshops or to work on a project.
