Audience Award Recipients at Fresh 2010 Regional Heats Announced!

 Following a successful round of regional heats for Ireland's Young Filmmaker Awards  2010 in the last two weeks, with 96 short films screened across 5 venues and fantastic audience numbers we are delighted to be able to announce the 5 films chosen by YOU the viewers from each screening for the audience awards.

Winning Fresh Films screeened at the 15th Galway Junior Film Fleadh 2009

Three of last years winning films are to be screened as a part of their shorts programme that runs at 1.45pm on Thursday 12th November in the Town Hall Theatre. The films selected for screening are Transparent by Aisha Baraut, Johnny splitz by Killinarden Community School, Dublin and Affliction by The Sacred Heart Secondary school, Clonakilty.

Seoul International Youth Film Festival!!!

It’s that time again! We’re so excited to announce that this year Rory Reilly & Aisha Baraut (both award winners at the 2009 Ireland’s Young Filmmaker aAwards) will be representing Irish Youth Filmmakers at the Seoul International Youth Film Festival and Camp in South Korea. Your films went down an absolute treat with the German audience and judging panel.
